Crashes and needs update Google Drive issues

Each time I attempt to open a 50Mb to 67Mb .3DM file from Google Drive the "Download" bar freezes and either the app crashes or 20 minutes later of having to prevent my iPhone from sleeping (on a fast wifi connection) it decides to load as a blank screen with only the gradient in the background. One file is original size and the other has been saved as "small". It works fine with the preloaded files, progress bar and all. Also, the app crashes each time I try to contact support to give Feedback via the Settings menu. Can this app not download from Google Drive, can it not handle slightly large files, or are there multiple bugs across the entire app?
