It would be way better if added de ability to choose between layers

I have the App on my iphone and I was wondering why my model color layers dont show up in the app when they are there in the model file? Anyways its a cool app and very convinent for quickly showing models

This is not usefull app while you have no option even in visual style!

Finally a way to display all my jewelry work to customers. Easy to use and show off my jewelry line

Its a fact that touch screens are entering the classroom at ever increasing rates. We teachers have to adapt and incorporate this new technology. Now students can view 3D teacher-created models to enhance their own understanding. The teacher must first create the model in Rhino3D, then save it to a shared drive (I use Google Drive), and then students can view it on their iPad or phone. For the teacher who is not experienced with CAD, it will take a bit of learning on your part, but it is totally doable. This is a worthy professional development goal. Inspire your students by using high quality industry tools that have no limit, such as Rhino. This could be a career altering experience for a kid in your class. (I know, it sounds like I work for McNeal, I dont.)

This app works smoothly and I understand it is meant to be a presentation tool but it is nonetheless extremely limited, I think Rhino jumped the gun on this release. Currently, it doesnt render curves or polylines, so forget about showing line drawings (on a related note, Render is the only view setting, no Wireframe or Shaded). It also doesnt have preset top, left, etc views like the software, so forget about showing plans or sections easily and dont even think that youll have access to the Named Views Panel. It also contains absolutely zero editing capabilities, cant even annotate.

As an architect I find this app is very useful, especially for a consultant team and for clients.

Development on this app appears to have stalled. The last update was Aug 2014.

Each time I attempt to open a 50Mb to 67Mb .3DM file from Google Drive the "Download" bar freezes and either the app crashes or 20 minutes later of having to prevent my iPhone from sleeping (on a fast wifi connection) it decides to load as a blank screen with only the gradient in the background. One file is original size and the other has been saved as "small". It works fine with the preloaded files, progress bar and all. Also, the app crashes each time I try to contact support to give Feedback via the Settings menu. Can this app not download from Google Drive, can it not handle slightly large files, or are there multiple bugs across the entire app?

The application ceases to launch under iOS 9.0 ... It gave me no issues previously. However, the Sketchup viewer continues to function with the update.

This app worked for like the first week, I wasnt crazy about it to begin with because theres only one theme you can view a .3dm file (white plastic item and blueprint background.) The convenience to quickly review a .3dm file on the go made it convenient enough but now its not even opening. I tried everything but I think ever since the new iPhone update I cant even use this. What a waste! At least give me a refund!

Wont open on my iPhone 6+.

Rhino cant open large files from google drive ever. Very rarely the file will open from Dropbox. Cant add files any other way. Rhino doesnt seem to support handoff so I cant add the file from the google drive app. Files dont retain materials added in desktop versions. They also dont retain layer groupings. Waste of $5. If you have "large" files, dont bother, this app is embarrassingly bad. I could see this having some quirks when it was first out, too bad there havent been any improvements for years.

Where to begin? Rhino wont download large (120mb) files from google drive. The same file WILL download from Dropbox. Fix the google drive issues. App isnt updated for iPhone 6 and 6+ screen sizes after the phones have been available for a year. Model does not retain applied materials, nor parent/child folders. In its current state, the app is close to worthless. Still.

Thought I would be able to do more with it besides just viewing stop files. Good app just wish it was like the regular software.
